The Haircut

Remember in my previous post, I said I was going to chop off my locks, I REALLY DID IT. (I'm still in a state of shock from the haircut)

I know that this is a really drastic change & to be honest, the last time I had such short hair was like 8 years back when I was in Primary 3!! So I think its normal that I was really really very scared & worried. I mean, c'mon I have had long hair like since forever & to cut them off is really a Huge thing for me. Okay, maybe its just a GIRL THING.

Some of you might be wondering why I had my hair cut if I was so afraid & paranoid about it. Well, for starters, my hair is pretty damaged with all the split ends and it is really very dry (due to straightening & dyeing) so for my hair to be/look healthy once more, I have to get rid of the whole bunch.

Next, I actually had the idea of cutting it short last year but I was really worried how the outcome will be so I chickened out but recently, my bbyg took a big step by cutting her long hair & it turned out so good hence it kinda kicked me to have one.

So, TADAH. The comments, texts & whatsapps I received are hilarious! Hahaha, some were saying how it suited me while others (Toh QH) were deadly against me ever cutting to such a short length. And the best part is, my own Father couldn't recognise me. HAHAHAH!

Had school for like two hours today before heading down to town to meet Wes & Kirk. Lunched @ Ion before going to The Salon for my haircut. Thanks you guys for the meet up & accompanying me to get my hair cut, esp Kirk.

If Kirk wasn't in town, I think the next time I'll meet Wes will be like months from now cause we're both busy or we both assume that we're busy hence no one makes the first move to ask the other party out.

Wes is sucha weird guy. Okay, not weird just a fella who doesn't wear his heart on his sleeve, something I managed to conclude after knowing him for 4 years. He's not that kind of guy who'll say cheesy stuff in your face but prefers doing so behind a screen. In front of others, he'll act like a major ass (its so bad that you might just wanna punch him in his face) but when its just you & him, he might pour his heart out.

I just had to take a picture of my hair :'( Its so long!! After having my hair cut, there was a pile of hair surrounding my chair. A pile, is an understatement. Too bad I forgot to take a snapshot of it. :(
