Our Gardens by The Bay picnic date on Saturday! It was a good break from all the upcoming assignments which were really draining.
But Saturday was my kind of Saturdays that I love to have. Dragged myself to school in the mornz for the fieldtrip to Caterpillar's Cove. Cat Cove is this childcare centre in NP mainly for the lecturer's kids and it is more convenient for the lecturers to send & pick them before/after work.
So, having permission to enter it is Really really difficult. The place was gorgeous, its pretty much every child's dream kindergarten! The kind of kindergarten I would wanna enroll my kids into, the kind that I will wanna work at.
The parents picked me up & we headed to the Grandstand for lunch before heading to RWS for Addam's Family! I was super stoked for it ever since Daddy agreed to bring us all for it. I love musicals, cannot stress how much I lov'em. Lucky us got seats right smack in the middle, having a clear view of the entire show.

And so, I went to meet my favourite fella at Dhoby Station & we trained down to Marina. Went for a super small window shopping as we tried to find the Cold Storage! All the pretty bling blings were so eye-catching. Really need to linger there longer next time round.
We bought beef jerky, apple grape juice, sushi, a slice of tiramisu cake, chips, jellybeans, ham & this was obviously not enough for Kaiwen so we headed to the foodcourt to buy some beef rendang thingy! Hahaha some fatties we are.
Then off to GBS! Apparently, they pushed the classical music event forward & by the time we reached, it was the last 20 mins :( I was so disappointed because I wanted to enjoy the music so bad. But thankfully, the night turned out really good!
Found some spot but after sitting there for 15 mins we had to find another spot because Kaiwen was being bitten by mozzies. Normally I'm always the one who's being bitten first among my friends & fammy but I found someone who has sweeter blood than me (;
Walked for another 5 mins & lucky us got a live view of the air display from the NDP rehearsals :D It was so amazing because the last time I saw it live was during Pri 5. I was super stoked by it & very very amazed, I get contented too easily. Plus I got to catch it with the boy, life's good that way.

Summarize of what we did: eat, watch fireworks, watch the lights performance, sing songs, took photos, talked under the stars, played jellybean toss && yupp thats bout it.
Was a really happy girl that night, a million glass jars wouldn't be enough to contain my happiness. Time flies too quickly whenever you're around & I wished time would freeze just for us. Hehs, looking forward to more adventures with you love :D

The boy gave me a surprise on Sunday night with my jacket I left with him & a letter in a glass bottle!! Was super shocked & really too touched for words cause its the first time I'm receiving a letter in a bottle. :') Thanks sweetie, love you a billion. Super blessed to have you & I can't thank you more than enough for being to understanding & supportive.
