Kai got himself a new pair of specs (which I'm still not used to yet) tadah! I'm sorry for being so "loyal" to your old one but don't worry, I'll get used to it hehs. But big specs, small specs, geek specs, fat specs, skinny specs or whatever specs, I still love you mostest!
Today was Kai's last paper whoop whoop!! Finally got to see him after a few days though it felt like forever and I threw myself into his arms the moment I saw him. The train to SP was fast and good, train rides should like this all day err day. Super glad that exams are over because exam period = less time to meet & a stress Kai.
Headed down to City Hall for an early lunch because I booked a body massage for us at 1pm. Hungry us settled for Viet food since the lunch deal was cheap and filling! I realized that I've become more adventurous in terms of trying new food (mostly Asian cuisine) ever since I got together with Kai. While my comfort zone for food revolves mainly around Jap, Western & Chinese food, Kai's comfort food is the exact opposite of mine. He loves Thai, Viet (anything spicy and edible HAHAHA). He's the easy eater as compared to me.
So, along the way in our relationship and food diet, he pushes my boundaries bit by bit in terms of trying new food. We started with Thai, Viet & some spicy dishes cause I can't eat spicy food. But what I love most is how encouraging Kai is and he is not forceful.
"Like patient food eh" - My first comment when I saw the rice in soup HAHAHA. But the soup was really tasty and stronger in terms of flavour compared to Kai's. I loved how the lunch set came with a drink, sides and the dish, plus it was for $9.90! Super worthwhile & super yummz. Fell in love with their spring rolls because I felt like I was in springroll heaven sedap sedap.
So full that Kai had to finish my share and we walked around before heading for our massage. Felt rejuvenated after the massage, I needed that for a long long time. Went to the next mall to grab more films and headed back to Yishun. Was discussing plans and all till we found out it was raining so back to Kai's.
I'm so happy to be with you because being with you feels like home & just like what you said bubz "I can't wait for the day I don't have to send you home but instead say "let's go home". Only Kai can tahan me - my 300% self which only Kai & extremely close friends know & I'm thankful for that. Because I'm so blessed to have found someone who loves me for who I am. A big thank you to you love. You deserve all the credit (;
Meeting Kai tomorrow and Friday before he flies to Taiwan for a week!! Stoked for tomorrow's plans teehees.
Credits to Kai for being the reason behind my smile & I believe that I smile like that whenever I'm with him. Thank you for being the reason that I radiate sucha warm glow, laugh till my belly hurts, be my true self without having to conceal anything, exhibit all my silly antics & to truly love someone with all that I can.
